I want to start by saying that Lynne was not just my Auntie but also my Godmother, and i know that meant a lot to Lynne as it did to me.

I have so many memories of Lynne when i was a child.I always looked up to her and admired how intelligent and smart she was, she was also very kind. Throughout my life she has always been there for me and was always interested in what i was doing  and how i was feeling. 

When i was little, Lynne and Mick were in my life quite a bit, as both Mum and I lived with Lynne for a while. I remember waking both her and Mick up most mornings and asking them to make tea for my mummy. I remember Lynne taking me for a ride in her new sports car, round the lump, with the top off , and telling her to go faster, i remember being her bridesmaid at 7 yrs old and feeling so happy that she choose me, i felt so lucky!!. I remember Lynne hosting  my wedding day in her beautiful garden, with the wisteria hanging.The amazing food, fabulous croquembouche and most of all her kindness x

Lynne always wanted to make a difference with the things that she did in her life. She lived a good life, friends, travel and a lovely family. I was always made to feel part of the family and her and Mick,or Untle Mit as i use to call him, were always there for me.The lovely parties they had, the Sunday dinners, Saturday lunch, with a few glasses of wine, the conversation, the humor. Good times!

I will always remember my godmother as being, Confident, Smiley, Happy, Laughing,Caring, Intelligent and Formidable.

I am happy that somewhere up there you are now with Untle Mit, happy again
